How a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a garage was turned into two discrete houses; one with 2 bedrooms and the other with four.

The property stood out as an ideal opportunity for development. I was able to assist in securing planning permission, and creating the floorplan. The garage was demolished, and a 9ft wide, but 825 sq. foot house was constructed in its place. The original house was extended and modernised, and the new house was carefully designed to maximise the space available and create a perfectly formed, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home.
