This project began with a severely outdated and dilapidated property, which was completely rebuilt from the ground up. Due to planning restrictions, the original façade was preserved, and the shared wall with the neighbours remained intact throughout the process.

The new design was carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of all five family members, creating a home that is not only functional and comfortable for today but also future-proofed to adapt as the family evolves over time.
