A client was dissatisfied with the proposed layout for their downstairs reconfiguration. They felt the flow between the utility room, cloakroom, study, and the main kitchen/living area was awkward but couldn’t pinpoint the ideal solution, and neither could their architect. A redesigned floorplan was developed to address their concerns and optimise the available space, resulting in a layout that perfectly suited their needs and lifestyle.
